Originally posted by Corrado I noticed that, how come nobody drops the hour meter and the gas gauge down next to the steering and next to the ignition and kill switch? Is that old thinking or does it get tight down there on the vertical side? Thanks It's not an Activator but a similar dash. I moved my gas gauge down to make room for my depth finder. My switch panel and hour meter are on the left side of the dash. |
How about more 32' Activator feedback or pics besides whats on the Activator website.

Anybody have any experiencewith the 32 Activator?

Here are a few pictures of "Wildthing OSO member" new 2004 28' powered by a single 496 HO - 425 HP Mercruiser package.
I am going to be taking him out on Thursday morning for a ride out in the Ocean for the first time and they are calling for rough waters since there is a cold front coming through tommorow. Anyone want to know on the 28s rough water ride and handling feel free to ask him directly in a few days. Regards, JO - Pantera |

Here is a closer pic. of the windscreen area.We glass in Naca ducts and attach a blower hose which flows air into the engine room.

Here is another pic. of the cockpit area.We put down Pirelli nonskid rubber flooring and lower the cockpit floor area underneath the bolsters and go with high dense rubber underneath the Pirelli to absord the impact in rough water on your feet and legs with angled footrests.
It is a very simple boat to maintain.Go out and beat the hell out of the boat in rough water and hose it down for the following weekend . No vibration, no rattles. JO |
I believe Mark has a 32 at his shop right now which he is building for a friend of mine. Call him at 631 758-4121
