Are they M1 or M3! If M3 you better make sure those are bigger injectors. I ran a 502 with cam and head work and needed all of what my 42lb injectors could give. The ASM tune will just pull out more timing via the MAP reading... tune is a joke IMO. Make sure you have a fuel pressure guage as well and confirm the FMU is raising fuel pressure under boost. I believe mine was 3 to 1lb boost. My base fp was 40psi. I did quick pulls under boost and shut down... then did plug reads. I snuck up on timing until the plugs looked perfect... old school but the plugs don't lie. Good luck!
