I don't think KOOK needed to apoligize for anything.I know that he was under tremendous stress.I will only say that I did my job and the claim was settled properly.I would like to point out that my direct phone number is 845 356 7251 as I am not in our main office.I hope that the injured friend gets well soon with a full recovery.
