After the milling of the putty, a guide coat is applied (purple dye) to create a sanding limit

The mold is getting very close...and the deck mold has been milled as seen in the background

The deck has been milled and coated. Getting ready for putty application then CNC machine again with finer and finer CNC (drill) bits





The hull will be sanded down to 2000 grit, then gel
