Can anyone recommend a boat shipping company that has insurance.

Post an assignment on Uship. Once you get some bidders check their feedback and accreditation. It's actually quite easy.

I used uship for boat I purchased. Canada to Ohio,no issues

Read up on what insurance is required by interstate haulers. Their minimum requirement is cents on the dollar, some haulers do carry more.
