Following - I love these types of projects!
Wouldn't less weight in the stern cause the bow to drop as the cog/fulcrum is ahead of the bilge? Not that it matters as you're starting from scratch. The nice thing about Bravos is that you can just switch the props from rotating inward to outward easily to see if the boat likes the bow or stern lift.

Had to do some trailer maintenance and update the brakes, lines were shot, drug this thing home all the way from Baton Rouge with NO trailer brakes whatsoever. Pulling the tires off the wheels and getting all the crusty ones powder coated whit to match all the new ones we bought on the way back to add to the fun (5 blowouts)
Got the accessory drive locations and belt spacing figured out, billet alternator brackets, and power steering pump alignment and reservoir to use with proper output pressure/GPM.. so the whole accessory drive is in a pile pretty well figured out, last piece of that puzzle waiting on to show are some custom sea water dual stage pumps having made to run off the AC pulley on the ATI balancers Im running. Got to figure out how to best do the water pickups, one stage for the engine, other stage for the blowers heat echangers

Started rerigging the cabin with the fridge out for the extra house battery bank, and automatic switch that only connects then to the engines if it is charging (can be manually overridden to use these to start if I managed to kill the engine batteries) 10 pounds of **** in a 2 pound box, have to figure out how to layout all this and the amp/stereo stuff too. Have to pack a JL MHD900/5 in here to run 4x wetsounds 6.5s and a pair of JL 10" subs out in the cockpit. Sent me the subs with the wrong grills (Classics not the Sports) that are kind of fugly but they will be under the seat boltsers and not seen much so fuggedaboutit

I have the 2000 twin step 33zx with the 500efis my brother has the 01 twin step with the 496hos both spinning in. I am running labed 4 blade 28s and he is running nonlabed 28s. We switched props with each other because he was having problems gettingon plane loaded with fuel water and people and I was look for a few more rpms.got about 300rmps going to the labed 28s. His boat came from donzi with 4 blade 26s but were changed out befor he got the boat. With you having the nonstep 33zx you might be better trying spinning out to get the stern up and the boat running a little lighter on the water. I think the brovo 1 4 blade 26s will be the best for you. Definitely woth trying.

Taking the extra wight out will help but most not all but most non step boats benift from spinning out. My boat at 3500 to 4000rpms runs 50 55 on average have seen up close to 60 with some close together chop and the best I have seen was 83 at 5300 5400rpms. My brother with the 496s is about 50 cruse on the high end and tops out at 75 I believe he has seen. Edit drives on both boats 1.50 brovo1s. Mine will be running imco -0 lowers this coming season so will be getting a new set of numbers. We will see what happens there lol
