I think a 4'' would be plenty for 35'' with less driveline and brake line mods

Take a look on the following two boards. I know at least one of the regulars has a 6" lift on his. (Supercharger too...)

I talked to a guy at jackit.com. They have kits for the Excursion. Spring packs for the front and add-a-leaf for the rear. He said that this would give you 2.5" of lift in the front and 2 in at the rear. You can run 33's with no problem, and 35's with some rub. But he did say that you would need to change the drive line. Instead on mine I'm going to put on 2002 F-250 Superduty "U" code front springs, and rancho 9000's. That will give me about 1.5 in the front and I wont have to mess with the rear or the driveline. Mine doesn't settle too bad with the boat. If its too bad I'll put air bags on the rear.
