I recognize that waterfront. About 200yds from where the no wake is lifted right after the Shoot Out is done.

That what I heard also. Ended up rotted and full of black mold from sitting outside. The fact it was under water may be a contributor. But he paid for a professional surveyor right? I would hunt that "professional" down and cut his ding ding off....

It was absolutely wild. In the 16 years I've lived in marquette I have never seen lake superior as wild as it was. You should see the YouTube vids of the blackrocks on Presque isle park. The cliffs are 20 feet tall and the waves wererolling over them. Unreal.

he didn't hire a surveyor he spent 2.5 hrs on it himself looking everywhere nobody else would even look. With his 5/8 socket he is better than a marine surveyor. Though he did say he saw a previous survey that it passed
