That's my question. Did shortening the tunnel screw up the air entrapment / ability to lift? I'd be a little sketched out running that thing in any type of rough water with that huge "hole" in the deck.

From my understanding, she was overbuilt. Meant to be able to crash at 300 mph and not come apart. I was told 6" thick in some parts and DOUBLE the initial target weight.

Honestly I wish there was more info about this boat, the testing, design, etc. But unfortunately they kept everything private, and my guess is because they were embarrassed by the results and were waiting for success to go public, which I don't blame them. Hey it's cool that they tried, and if they succeeded that would have been awesome!

I also know where you are coming from better than most after you took me for a 191mph ride in Low Altitude through rough water turning at 140!!!! There's really nothing like a mystic and until you experience it first hand it's hard to fathom!
Call Scott at the number in the ad. I'm sure he'll tell you anything you want to know. He's a straight shooter.

Cut the top off and rig it for outboards. Perfect boat for Jupiter.

A couple of Tohatsu 90's hidden inside and a big stereo making turbine sounds. Just take it out trolling in the "no wake " zones. LOL!

Claustrophobic should be the name of that boat. That interior is submarine tight. F that.

Did the owner of this boat get sick and pass away? If so I remember reading about it.
