there is many rec boats not listed. Glastron inwhich has a longer history than many Rec boats and alot of sportboats is not on list either. Main reason is persay they really are not performance boats / Offshore Performance.
Sea Ray had the Panchanga
Cobalt has that twin step 343 sport cruiser.

Crownline has their own owner's forum (or used to anyway when I owned one in the early '00's). Never made a model that could be considered worthy of a forum on an offshore site. They had the LTD but that was just a different deck on a standard 266 hull. I know of at least one that came from the factory with an HP500.

I had a 266 BR with a 454. It would do OK at LOTO in the rough with the tabs and drive neutral as long as you didn't run too fast. Unlike most offshore hulls it would beat the snot out of you if you tried to run on top of the water. Hull had a ton of rocker and rounded, small strakes but plenty of deadrise especially at the bow. Was a slug though given the power. Mine wouldn't even break 50 MPH with the L-29 MPI engine. You really couldn't over trim the boat it had so much rocker in it. They did have a decent profile to them.

My 1996 225 ccr with a 454 mag (bigger injectors and tune) will do 70 mph. Although it can be a little scary at top speed it does well in rough water at 65 all day. Probably not near as comfortable as the bigger offshore boats but doesn't bother me to beat the snot out of it. Fun boat really but it's kind of a rare package to have the mag in a 225 but definitely heavy and deep enough to make a comfortable ride.

Old OSO member Clay Washington had a 225 with a 502 MPI and a side-mounted Whipple. Another OSO member Bob Llyod, who used to own Full Throttle Marine in Spicewood, TX, did a few 225's with bigger HP. Not sure any of them ran more than in the low 70's GPS.
I think you need to define rough water as it relates to where you boat. You would definitely not run a 225 across LOTO on a Saturday afternoon between say the 7MM and the 26MM at 65 MPH unless you had a death wish for both you and the boat.
