who's on doni dot net ?
donzi dot net
looked at joining to ask a member about a part / parts off a boat project he probably still has (sitting untouched for 5 years)
i don't like all those questions but probably answered the same ones here 9 years ago
if a fellow oso'r who's also a member over there could ask that guy if he still has it and would part with a couple things off it
i would greatly appreciate that.
the post is from 11-14-16, (been sitting for 5 years at time of post), he offered to sell it to another member and the thread kinda died off
maybe he still has it or the other member got it, but he was looking for a center console, the 2 models share the same hull
so the parts i want he wouldn't, long shot but what the heck.
reply in public or do it privately whatever works for you
thanks

----It must be the post with the white Doral. If you go back there, look for the other post in that thread back to another thread. I'm the guy who had both an El Pescador and a Spitfire. Since I have restored both I may be able to lend some info. As well, I do have some spare pieces lying around........Bill S

as of today my membership at donzi.net is still not active, can't log in and view can't do anything on the site
other than read it and only when i'm not logged on.
so today i flipped em 20 bucks (donation) thru paypal. figure they'll get an email "you got money"
maybe then i'll be able to pm the guy with the doral.

the guys who took time out of their schedule, reached out and helped get this going,
thank you
i just got off the phone with the owner and passed on it.
the owner was accommodating, went to where it is stored and sent me around 30 pics that are too big to attach here,
and after studying them all week looking for seams, and reading everything found on the web ,
it looks like the deck, cockpit sides and engine room walls are one piece,
that would make the liner floor, from transom to bow eye, cuddy and cuddy interior side walls one piece.
only reason for the pass, how to access the glue joints to get the liner out to repair the wood and what else would come up
connection with the liner.
some reading, forgot all about the vinyl texture through out, the optional bar in the seat is awesome.
but the seats and windshield are what sends it over the top.
thank you
