As Checkmate's go, one of the best! "Big Boy" looks and nice proportions. I remember January of '82 or '83 running Nantucket Sound out of Hyannis in my Buddy's rigged with twin 200 Mariner's. We rolled by a CG cutter at about 70, and got a salute from the deck crew. I often wondered if they thought we were brave to be out in 30 degree weather, or we were just stupid and would be needing an intervention later that day!

Cool story.

I’ve moved this fkg door three times and it sucked every time.
Way over a 100 lbs and tried to crush me getting it on the horses today.
But if you want good small glass parts, this is s great way to do it.
