Vintage Chromoly was done with his rotisserie and sold to another OSO member here, I believe. Those are great to use and nothing but a hassle once you're done with them so people are usually all to happy to get rid of it.

I just flipped my boat back over today and it was completely upside down. This is going to be hard to explain but was very easy to do. Your set up is not much different than mine so this is how I did it. I had no hardware on the boat so it was all done with straps. This is flipping it over. I took one strap and went under the boat up the side and found a place to grab inside the boat on the other side. I took another strap at the center of the boat and just balanced the boat on it up to a I beam like you have. The first strap I started lifting on and it and it spun the boat in the other strap. Its like pull starting a old lawn mower. It took 1/2 hour at a snails pace but worked great. I just flipped it back in the reverse order. I wish I new how to send a video.
