Consider the source... 'NEW" power using used internals =100% of compeditor's MSRP on equal power..."New" power using NEW internals has to be 200% of market value - its all in the math - works on boats as well apparently

i like that 46 cig. It's simple... and its been for sale forever. I really dont understand the price points on some things especially after the cobbled together engine..

anyone with any dilligence would tear down both sets of motors, trans, and drives. And include that in their offer.

I'd guess someone owes money on that boat (a lot).......so the price hasn't dropped much.

Why bother with 14+ yr old power built by them....I think buying the boat less power would be the smartest way to go.

Maybe you all missed it in the add, but this Fountain is different from all the other Fountains. So obviously its worth twice the money.

I'll give you that for sure, it is different. The bilge looks filthy under the generator, so that's different on a completely new/redone boat. And the red drives, even though red is the heaviest pigment when mixing paint (according to John Force racing) in this case I'll bet that adds at least 1mph just because of the beauty. I guess it is a homerun................. My mistake

Wow! I just redid my '03 Donzi ZRC bow to stern with everything new, rebuilt, or refreshed. With my twin 700 Potter motors and SCX drives, it's got to be worth at least $300,000 now!

Woo-Hoo!

Apparently that depends.......... are your drives red? Did you install a great looking steering wheel? Is your bilge filthy? It appears as if the criteria that defines the value of a used boat has "shifted". So if the answers are no to any of these questions, would you take $60K for the Donzi?
