SUNDAY NIGHT North winds 15 to 20 knots along the coast to north northeast 15 to 25 knots in the Gulf Stream. Along the coast, seas 10 to 12 feet with occasional seas to 15 feet building to 12 to 14 feet with occasional seas to 18 feet after midnight. In the Gulf Stream, seas 13 to 15 feet with occasional seas to 19 feet. Period 15 seconds. North swell 10 feet becoming north northeast 13 feet after midnight. Intracoastal waters a moderate chop. MONDAY Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots along the coast to northeast 10 to 15 knots in the Gulf Stream. Seas 13 to 15 feet with occasional seas to 19 feet. Period 15 seconds. North northeast swell 3 to 13 feet. Intracoastal waters a moderate chop.

A buddy tried to sea trial a 35 ZR today out of BOCA today, that didn’t work out so well!

High tide is in an hour.....I'd expect that parking lot to get wet. They keep building up a berm of sand to prevent it but the water usually finds a path.
