Gorgeous looking set up and like the DW, it has been thoroughly tested in battle.

But is it really $255,000 better than an equivalent 32' cat? https://www.offshoreonly.com/classif...ds-o71932.html

it is certainly more race tested than that equivalent and also the design in the rear is a LOT different and for some that make or breaks what they want.

Sure, but how many will be racing their HALF MILLION DOLLAR pleasure boat competitively? If the slope rear and race pedigree is worth $225,000 to someone then more power to them.

I’ve run a lot of boats derived off race platforms and that in and of itself is no guarantee the boat will perform well in a pleasure role so it will be interesting to see how this runs at less than 10/10th's.

But it I will agree it’s a beautiful boat.

The 34' MTI was designed originally to be a 5 seater. I wonder if the Victory cat got the design{mold} from that for their layout.

The thing about all of them for me that I'm not wild about is the lack of gauges. I know all of this Jetsons stuff is now but I would not be happy without tachs and water pressure gauges............ call me old-fashioned

You do have that, it is just a screen on your smart view.

Every gauge is there though still, just not seeing it as that page is not up on their screen. I prefer the ones in the smart craft screens after using them.

.

another option is to have multiple smaller screens that sit in the line of sight and not having to look right and down

checkout the gauges Jim is using on his 308 ==> Jim's Skater 308

you can devote the GMI 20s to show specific data like RPM and MPH pic of smaller screens

I like Victory's hull step design
