Special Forces HSB. There's a lot of information on them out there, in fact several for sale, including this one on eBay and Facebook.

hey, i think oso member truxton fox has an hsb for sale that needs A LOT LESS work than this one.
i also believe it has some new parts and such, check the swap shop.

rather they sell them cheap so there's a second chance at life, unlike what was done to the majority of the pt boats
(completely intact, triple v 12's and all, burnt to the waterline)

Sorry for not replying to my own post. I did a lot of research on them. This one wasn’t “decommissioned” that severely. You can see the series of holes in the hull that wouldn’t be all that hard to fix. I was thinking about turning it into a center console and bracketing it. It would be badass and set up exactly how I wanted with storage hatches, console, etc. would crush the seas but I think I am going to go a different direction. It would probably be a lot less fun to rebuild than I imagine in my mind and expensive. Doesn’t have a trailer. I have really been looking at the Donzi 35zf. There looks like there are a lot of really good deals on them out there. Almost to the point that I question if they are a really good boat? I know Donzi has a great rep. But there are numerous examples of 10 year old boats in great condition with low hour twin Merck’s for @65-75k? I guess I was expecting the price to be closer to Nor-Tech than Mako.
