Default GPS/Chartplotter on Scarab AVS

I need a GPS/Chartplotter on my Scarab AVS. Not really an good place for it as the gauges take up so much room. I have 2 questions.

What is a nice model with a decent screen size?

Where to mount one?

Thanks

Post a pic of your dash. If I recall scarabs have a molded dash, as compared to flat panels. The bigger the screen the better, touch screen can be a PIA in rough water. I have a Garmin 741, nice, but I should of got the 1041.
