stuff popping up all the time - flashing and so forth - anyways the other problem is - getting timed out while typing replies. Its like 3 minutes and then times you out.

If you have additional problems that cannot be resolved or that aren't already being addressed please post there so IB will see the issues.
There are several threads about the same issues all over the board and IB will not see them in GD.
