Hope the home building boom keeps going long enough to get the boat paid for!

Admittedly I don't fish. I have in the past, certainly know how but "bobbing for hours, burning fuel and guzzling beer" isn't my ideal way to kill the day when I can walk into the finest seafood restaurant in town and eat the best fish dinner they offer for less money than the bait would cost on a fishing trip! So these 400-500-644K fish killing machines you really can't even overnight on is not my ideal boat. An acquaintance has a 39 CC with quad verados......burns a ton of fuel yet struggles to hit 60 mph! He has owned it for a few years now and with a nagging wife and new kid rarely gets to take it off the lift.

I'll take a 34-38 Fountain CC with big twins and have a fast boat that doesn't need to be polished after every use!

It’s minor pick to nit but why did they model the new 225hp 4strokes instead of a verado?

Mu understanding is that the engine you're referencing was introduced for the re-power market. Verado supercharging would up the price.

Oh, I misunderstood your question—you meant in the CAD rendering. My honest answer is I don't know. My best guess is they looked good to whoever created the rendering?
