OSO classified ad problem

OSO classified ad problem
Trying to post a boat ad on OSO classified site, I log in, go through the whole drill of filling all the spaces, add pictures, hit "submit" everything pauses a few seconds then returns to the log in screen. This has happened twice. What is going on? Am I doing something wrong? Help!!!
