Sweet it worked! That is my 2008 F250 that I have swapped a P pump 12 valve Cummins into. Makes around 500 hp/1000 ft lbs of torque. Very happy with how it turned out.

No it’s from a different cover guy at LOTO. I'm boatless for the summer but one of those covers is high on my list as my next boat starts to become reality. Michael PS- great looking set up not to mention self sufficient. No need for a plane ticket, hotel or rental car. |
I can’t imagine launching with the Renegade in most places I go to. I have a Volvo twin screw and the turning radius blows. |

Bubba that is a badass set up buddy, nice work!

2011 Duramax. Bought it new and don't know if I'll ever sell it.

https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...028c9714d.jpeg My lil setup. 12’ Ford F-250 6.7 has worked pretty well, can barely feel the boat. |
My 6.7 so far is holding up well, I just hope it can yank this thing around without issue...https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...4784699ded.jpg

Finally was able to take a decent pic of our setup for the 2018 race season. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...d82265c99.jpeg |

Would you mind posting your wheel/tire/suspension setup specs? How wide are the wheels, and what offset? |
Hey, thanks for the kind words! The suspension is Thuren fabrication 3" overland setup with 1.25" rear lift shackles. The tires are Nitto Ridge Grappler 295/65R20 which equates to a 35.1 x11.50 tire. The wheels are Anthem Commander 20x10 -24. Truck itself is a 2012 2500. Pulls great, has no issue yanking the 32 Sunsation around with ease. Thanks again and hit me up if you have any questions!https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...7aa3bd4433.jpg

Ok, hook me up..........where do I buy?

So about the time I got the whole hot rod cummins truck all sorted out I totaled it in a head on collision. So I went shopping for a new truck and found this. It’ll get the cummins driveline eventually but for now it’s a 7.3 truck. https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...50f758f264.png |

Baja- is that a 2500 or 3500 SRW you row with? |

Geez, some real nice boats but lots of 2500 or 3500 SRW tow rigs pulling nearly 40' boats.
I don't like it when the tail wags the dog. Locally I could get away w/ it for sure but not on the interstate, not to mention boat & trailer exceed towing capacity for me. |
Towing capacity from manufacturers GM, Ford, Dodge, now a days is getting way up there 18000 to 22000 is not out of the norm. It takes a pretty big powerboat to go over those numbers.
I'm not saying it the perfect scenario but they are rated for that much towing. |

Takes a while to get anywhere but the turning radius is great !! |

Agreed but if you read the fine print that's not for a class V bumper hitch, that is 5th wheel or gooseneck towing.
It's even hard to find a 2 5/16 ball rated for 16,000lbs. Im more concerned about mounts and balls more than I am the tow vehicles. That sounds sooooooo bad. But how many 2 5/16 out there rated at 6k over the limit? I ask because I have a 2 5/16 in the smaller shaft which is for a 2” mount. Pretty easy to load a 15k trailer onto the ball. |

I have this style with a solid 2.5" receiver shank. The forged balls tend to have a higher towing capacity. The OAL is great for towing & manueverability but not so much for launching as I have to get the truck further down the ramp / stand in the water. |
