Default Cleaning / Polishing

The top deck of my boat is dirty and stained and is not very shiny anymore. I just took the full cover off last Sat and it really needs some help. I would appreciate some friendly advice on a polishing agent that's dooable by an inexperienced detail guy. I do have an inexpensive rotary polisher. The top of the boat is off-white. Just gel coat, no paint on top.

Thanks much

I've had very good results with Presta Super Cut and a wool pad. It's not an easy job but worth the time and effort. Follow that with a good wax.

I’ve had good luck with Totally Buff and a wool pad. Used to follow it with Vitreo, now I’m hooked on Ultima Paint Guard Plus.
Did mine this weekend- Totally Buff on a foam pad (less correction needed), 10% isopropyl alcohol wipe down, UPGP on top.

FOY - Totally Buff
