Lightbulb 454 Flywheel Replacement

I have a 1989 280 Sport with T-BBs. Starboard side flywheel needs replaced. Can that be accomplished WITHOUT completely removing the motor? The thought is to lift the motor up and forward enough to get in behind to remove the housing and and then the flywheel. I know by not removing the motor completely, that restricts access and might make it a greater challenge to replace the flywheel than it needs to be.

Does the outdrive need to be removed or separated from the transom? If I'm not mistaken they are Bravo-II's on the boat. I can see a two vertical bolts that mount/attach the transom housing to the motor. Does any of this sound familiar to you boat experts?

Any guidance is appreciated.

drive needs to come off, flywheel can be changed with motor hanging, but be very careful, dont get between a suspended load and a hard place.
