Bravo 1 Not Sucking Water
I have a baja outlaw with two 454s and Bravo 1. I have been having issues flushing the engine with the muffs after use. It doesn't seem like it wants to suck in water. I can run the boat all day and the temperature is fine on the engine, leading me to believe that is it being cooled somehow.
I am wondering where I should start looking for the issue. I changed the raw water impellers last year. Is it possible they are bad again? Could a thermostat be stuck closed or open.
Thanks for the help.

How would I be able to find this out? Its a 2001 Baja Outlaw with 454s if that helps at all.
It also used to suck water off the muffs before this. It randomly stopped at the end of last summer. What's weird is I can run the boat in water fine, without the temperatures going into a high range.
