That could easily be 6 guys out fishing on a 3-4 engine center console.......due to the time of the accident.

Not sure if there's any parallel but here in Long Island Sound there are always tugs pulling barges on long cables. Those barges at night are F@CKING HARD TO SEE. The lights on them are bullish!t. You really have to know the lights on the tugs and what they mean and be VERY careful when getting anywhere near them in the dark. Never ceases to amaze me the regulations permitting such poor lighting.

At 7:44am however I doubt visibility was the case. Hoping for the best.
