I'd swap the drives so the props are turning in and see what happens. If I understand this principle correctly spinning out will give you lift at the stern and push the bow down. Spinning in will pull the stern down and lift the bow. This might help you to get on the pad. It would be worth a try and wouldn't cost anything other than a couple hours of your own labor.

More is better for prying the nose of the boat up, and shifting the CG. Of course the props have to turn in for this to work correctly. Right now they are giving you more leverage to shove the bow in the water.

Since the rotation is in the drives, I would not simply swap props and run the transmissions in reverse at WOT. Not sure how the BAM trannies work and how many clutches are in play in reverse. Someone school me here if I am off base.

Am I wrong? I thought I've heard all over the place that can be done on Bravo drives right? Didn't think mine would be the same but didn't know.
Drives are off the boat right now with Kenny in Sanford FL, so may well be past that point. I'm pretty set on putting some surface drives on this boat.

Honestly not sure, didn't even have it in my hands long enough to find out. Boat hadn't really been used for a long time and so really just ran it for a weekend to see what if any issues came up. So that's what I did, found a few minor hydro leaks on hoses, AC not blowing cold, need to pressure test headers, etc etc. Normal stuff for a boat that hadn't been used regularly in little while.
