I'm gonna say a fleet of exotic and collector cars.

If you have water in the garage I suggest a built in hot water pressure washer. Cleaning with hot water is the best. A friend has one in his garage and it’s a game changer.

i had the pressure machine written down but hot water i never thought about it! Good point! Thanks

use and exterior wall (south if possible) to cut costs and build yourself a paint booth of sorts,
big enough for the cat and two gantry's.
that way when you take the deck off and start grinding, cutting and so on,
every square inch from floor to ceiling of that 5000 feet and every nook and cranny of every toy, tool,
and what ever else in there won't be covered and/or embedded with fiberglass dust.

the booth will be easier to ventilate using 2 windows, insulation heating and cooling won't cost as much
and will extend your fiberglass and paint work into the winter.
