If I were to re do mine again. I would have put in a over head door with a windows, 2x6 walls, and a floor drain. Me in the city there is a ton of hoops to jump threw for a floor drain.

My self all electrical all in exposed rigid conduit. Some like it some hate it. I like it. I have quad outlet every 10', and super easy to add onto the system if needed. Welder here, air compressor there, A/C unit over there if / when time comes. Ez to pull new wiring to it.

I dont really have many uploaded photos but here it is. 22x45. (max allowed was 1000 sq ft.)

Looking to build soon myself too. Going to be 30' x 66'. Planning on putting my boat, toy hauler and RZR in it. I'd like a lift. I can't decide if I want it in the front by the doors or in the back by my tools.

Thoughts on that?

A small manual mill “Bridgeport” and a small lathe. You will be wondering how you made it through life without it. You will be modifying the handles on the beer fridge ect. You can get both new from grizzly for 4-7,000

I'm just not a fan of big asses, but what ever floats your boat...

Insulate the walls and ceiling with spray foam. Makes the building air tight and quiet.
I have in floor heat and love it.
The air is warmer at the floor than at the ceiling. SO when you open a door in the middle of the winter you don't lose all of your heat.
My garage is 36 X 42 and you can open a 10 x 10 door when it is 20* F outside and 10 minutes after the door is closed the heat turns back off and you would never know it had been opened.

Overhead Pressure washer ceiling boom, that way the washer hose never touches the sides of your boat.
