Default Skater 30 Prototype Project Hits the Water, Next Stop Super Cat Fest

Powered by twin Mercury Racing Verado 400R engines, the beautifully rebuilt Skater 30 Prototype owned by Dale Rayzor hit the water for its initial shakedown cruise today.

Stunning. Love how they tapered the windshield down towards the stern.

Very sharp, but I feel the smaller OB cat market is flooded. Yes they’re all unique in they’re own way but a lot of them look a lot alike too. If I were in the market for one, a skater would be towards the top of the list

WOW... that is probably the best looking O/B cat - a lot of really nice boats out there but THAT paint is incredible on the water.

+1 on the refined lines of the windshield running into the deck...nice to see the boat back after the long wait for refit

Who is going to ante up and top Dale???

Great job Dale (and Skater crew)! Can't wait to see it in person and meet you face to face. Looking forward to LOTO Shoot Out!

Great lines on that thing.

I can't believe DR was at Skaterfest and we didn't meet. Especially given the fact that we ran a lot with the gold 40 nearby.
