LEO's often refer to each other as brothers and sisters in blue. I forget that the many people don't know the cop jargon.

Matt, I'll never forget the day...Vic Spellberg and I were launching a 310 at the Centennial Park ramp for your photography and testing when we got the call. I can't believe it's been that many years; it seems like yesterday. I always enjoyed being around Tom.
