Default Fall boat projects - who's doing what?

Summer is coming to a close - for me that means it is not Sahara hot and I can get some stuff done on the Swamplizard:

Project 1: Remove old AC and replace it with 12-volt system, build larger "house" battery bank, and install 60 Amp charger
Project 2: Clean up Merc 454 Mags: Replace circ pumps, refresh heat exchangers, install larger oil coolers, replace ALL hoses, bigger fuel pumps, longer Gils risers with EFI ports in em and add blowers with Holley 1050s.
Project 3: Add solar panels to bimini for extended trips battery maintenance
Project 4: Touch up all top deck paint and get her wrapped (wife has ice cream shop so thinking giant waffle cone with company logo)

What are you boys up to?

I must deal with this bad section of floor before I can install the new power . Finding it very difficult to find the proper plywood anywhere near me .

It's not big or super exciting but I think it will be cool when it's done. Doing a full restoration on this 1963 Alumacraft Tampico

We have a small (<200 acres) lake 2 miles from the house. Should be fun to putt around there with it.

I bought a 2002 Fountain Lightning out of Montana that has some pretty significant damage to it. That is going to keep me busy all winter (remove all interior, engine's, drives, shorten windshield and paint entire boat.) I can't post a picture until I have more posts.
