Tongue weight

How do you find out the "tongue weight" of your trlr. w/ boat?

Weigh it. I bought a scale to check mine. Was about $125. I should sell it.

That scale is nice!

I did it using a bathroom scale. kinda of a pain.
scale weight x3 I believe.. just google it

Either buy a tongue weight scale on Amazon or head to a truck stop with a CAT scale. Weigh your truck with boat on trailer, but trailer axles not on the scale. Then drop the trailer and re weight the truck. The difference is your tongue weight.
