I do not believe so. In my opinion the display would be a bit small for twins. I went with 2 CD5 displays.
Can you post up a picture of your twin CD5s? I was thinking that for a twin engine boat too, but wasn't sure if the screens would be too small or hard to read the data on them.

Yes. The CDN dash has the ability to read twins. If I recall there is a limit on custom screens though, meaning you can have 6 screens of customizable data for a single engine boat, but only 3 customizable screens for twins. (3 and 6 screens are for example, I am not sure of the exact number of customizable screens on the CDN digital dashes.)

Did you already buy the dashes? I have 2 dashes and 2 AEM infinity ECU's available for sale. Also 2 boxes for 4 channel o2 sensors (8 02's total).
