can anyone in Miami area recommend a surveyor that is extremely thorough.

I’m at the Cudjoe Key house til March 1st and could take a road trip for you. Sort of an informal inspection/opinion and some iPhone pics.

Not in "Venture Out" by any chance ?

My in laws have had a place there since Moby was a minnow....

My place is on Privateer Drive. 2nd right off of Spanish Main. Lot of folks still battling the county after Irma over permits in Venture Out.

charlie, thanks for the offer buddy. I’m flying down Friday night to meet with owner Saturday morning to review and sea trial the boat. Will need the survey done the following week if all goes as planned. Hope to see you soon.
