I think because Ricky/Atomic are the actual US arm of Victory. Randy and Dale are the dealers?

Yes, but I know that Dale is also a dealer for Victory. He owns “Victory Powerboats West” not sure of the logistics on if a specific shop has rights to the entire US or which region of the US.

I was just replying to AZMIDLYF and Noli about that specific VTX 30
