Default OT. Gun Safe

I finelly broke down and bought a big gun safe. This is the first time all my guns have ever been together at one time. My wife thinks this is disturbing. What do you think.

Nice collection. I have a couple of nice pieces myself. My great grandfather was the first conservation officer in the state of Michigan. Some of the guns he took from poachers have been passed along to me. I still hunt with a Winchester Model 97 pre-takedown, very low production number.

So what is your wife's problem? Nice collection.

What is the 1911 with the extended barrel?

I agree - NICE collection. I like the 'chopper (Thompson M1 aka Tommy Gun). Do you have the round magazine or the straight (probably both)?

A gun safe is the best place to keep a collection like that.

Good call.

Looks like a recoil compensator.
