You can't get there by cruise ship or recreational vessel but you can easily fly in via a neighboring country.
Place was a mystery since it was closed for so many years but in reality it is just another dumpy 3rd world island nation. |

I thought maybe if enough "free world" travelers went there the people would see how much better it was and force a change. But who knows, and like JS said, you can still go just stop at another country first. |
I don't think it helped US/ Cuba relations any when Cuban troops helped Maduro keep control of Venezuela.
