Ordering my closed cooling packages tomorrow to protect those aluminum heads. Hardin Marine stainless sea water pumps are on the way. Can't wait to get it in the water.

Got to get the right props on it next year. 26's probably aren't right, and is at least like some lab work done....
Dont be so quick to lab them, the straight hulls run very well on stock props, also check into the 4 blades from Brett, im getting ready to test them on mine.

Sea,
Where are you getting the closed cooling systems that can support 615" engines? I would like to put a closed cooling system on my 572" in the Talon, but I haven't found a system that states it will cool that large of an engine
Thanks,
Dean

Dean, Eric told me he was getting his system from CP.
Here's a link for a 700-900 HP kit from Mr. Cool

Dean,

I talked to the CP/Hardin Marine guys today and they are going to build me a custom exchanger to fit my blocks since they are tall decks. I spent the night in the bilge trying to figure out how to relocate the PS pump since it used the head holes to mount. I think I have a plan. Wish there was a simple relocate kit or crank driven PS pump. Said they can make the exchangers in 2 weeks so I'll keep you posted Dean

Sea,
Sounds really cool, (no pun intended), can't wait to see it. Happy 4th of July!
Thanks,
Dean
