I didn't see mention of it but isn't a Park Pass required now to boat in the Tortugas?

The link you provided was for the Everglades National Park where it appears they intend to charge. This is the link for Dry Tortugas National Park https://www.nps.gov/drto/index.htm This is what it says re boaters fees: Arriving via Private Boat or Private Seaplane
Fees are collected through a self-service fee area on the main dock at Garden Key. Cash or check only.

Just adding a couple thoughts here for those who mentioned coming down on Wednesday, and going right to Dry Tortugas on Thursday...
1) Go ahead and fuel up when you get into Key West on Wednesday afternoon, so you don't have to do so on Thursday morning before you depart. The gas docks are always a PITFA in Key West. No one is ever in a hurry; and it just takes f o r e v e r.
2) Every time we've done the run down from Ft. Lauderdale or Miami; the last thing we want to do is boat the next day. We always wait a day before heading out again; just to recover from the long trip, and what usually is a moderate + evening on Duvall on arrival. Not everyone is like that though, but just sharing my previous experience.

Sydwayz, good tips, thank you. Will definitely make sure we fuel up upon arrival Wednesday. I love being in the boat, so the back to back runs won't bother me.
