Default Boat damage concerns?

I have a 31 foot cat and was hit by another boat when it was parked and kind of sandwiched. At first glance it was just superficial damage but took a closer look and there was 8-9 stress cracks in the hull on one side and a few on the other a long with some other damages. Can the cracks be repaired safely and not come back, or would you argue their is a concern with the structure now and the repair possibly not holding up? I just do not want to have any issues down the road. Any input is appreciated
