what kind of water are you runnin in? some of the boats mentiond are very shallow in freeboard so there flat water boats and then some have a lot of freeboard. each suited for a different lake setup

Just to clarify the 29 Outerlimits does not have a 3ft bustle and total LOA is 30’ 1”.

Sorry about that I was just going off what a owner had said the running service was and taking a guess. But thinking about it he might have also subtracted the notch. Personally doesn't matter to me, they are cool boats and can't wait to see the twin OB one.

Thank you all for your input. I've started reaching out to some of the builders that were mentioned plus another one I came across. In regards to the type of water I run in. With this boat I'll be staying on the river which can be like glass or rough. I'm looking for a deep V.

Check out the new 24ft or 27ft Baja outlaw. Believe you can upgrade motor in the 27. On my 3'rd outlaw now, great boat for the $

Not a outerlimits or laveycraft but could be had for a fraction of one of those. Kicking around the idea of something bigger.

2005 25 outlaw. Whipple, scx-4, tabs, etc.

I like the 28 EVO R. Even saw it was F/S. Still new, never finished / rigged.

I've been eyeing the Baja's for a while. The website pics make the cabins look difficult to enter. As an owner, can you tell me if the opening to the cabin is user friendly?
I like the 24 or the 27.

are you referring to this 28 Evo-R in the classifieds? I believe the one pictured (which is beautiful) is in Germany still.

Fairly easy to get in the cabin. My buddy has a 2003 25ft, great boat. He used to keep it up in the Atlantic City area. Handled the ocean great. He now has it down in Cape Coral. Rides great in the Gulf. He has the 496HO, 425 hp. Tops out around 65 mph

The door to the cabin is on the smaller side, but I’m 6’4” and manage just fine. The cabin itself is one of the most spacious you’ll find in a boat that size. For a “25 foot boat” it does everything really well. I wish they did the cockpit better on the new Baja's, seats, dash layout etc
