Who built this?

no pad on the thunder boat...
and the builder was my father...
He built a total of 4 of them using a 24 degree deadrise hull of unknown origin. the hull he started with was burned down to the waterline. he then built the hull sides and the deck and made molds of them. popped out a couple of boats and eventually sold them. the molds were sold 3 years ago and he still has one boat left that's sitting in a field near his house. Personal opinion was that the deck was ugly, but dad insisted that poeple wanted enough headroom to sit up straight...
they were fun boats and were pretty fast with a pair of 235 Evercrudes on GIL brakets...
Anyway, that's how I got hooked on this stuff...I was 12 or 13 years old when he started building them.
And I designed the logo and cut it out of 3" bootstripe tape with an exacto knive
kinda crude too...but hey...I was just a kid
this...during the go-go 80's when he wanted to be a go fast boat builder ...note my mom and dad running the boat...and dad's wearing a Member's Only jacket
