I would think that thing would roll over on its back before it reached 92 , I saw the video , no real speed passes , it hopped way to bad .

After watching the video it seems to be estimated horsepower and estimated speeds. He is only able to stay in the throttle for very short bursts because the boat is not set up properly. Fun toy.

Remember when Wile E. Coyote strapped himself to a rocket and lit the fuse. . .

He needs a berkley type R pump, we have a jet boat on the river running a twin turbo junkyard LS that runs in the high 120's. Never going to go fast in a boat with a Ford

at those speeds in that lil' boat, if the pump stops pushing @ capacity, the boat immediately slows and G-forces take over and you keep rolling forward (same as open cockpit jet drag boats decelerating)

if the engine stops and if he doesnt have a rachet and or blowoff, the back of the boat will come around so fast they will go through the side of the boat, not pretty.

Maybe if he actually put the jet in the water he could get some speed. Never seen a boat with a v8 up front. I like it if it were about twice the length.

Makes me get all Judge smails, put the seats up there and engine back here where it belongs! Judging by the wind on their face doesn’t look like they got much if any over 60mph in that video. Bet it pulls like crazy though.

Way too much bustin' on this guy. From my seat it looks like more fun per foot than a 50' cat with Merc 1500's

I had a Checkmate 13 MX as a kid and it still holds some of my best ever boating adventure memories, and this boat is just an over the top version of that childhood toy.

And if your multi million turbine 200 MPH cat takes to doing a fock **** that ain't pretty either. Looks to me that the real fun factor is the hard azz acceleration short burst chits and giggles part of the boat. Hard to beat that!
