The 2.0 may not be high enough
My 27PC weights 10K and I have 1 - 502 producing about 500HP at the prop, using XR (19/16 = 1.187) upper and B3 (16/27 0.0592) lower giving me a 2.0 drive (1.1187/0.0592)
I'm turning standard Bravo 26pitch set and can reach 49MPH (24% slip) on a good day, at 5200 rpm
So your going to have 2 - 450+ HP motors turning 26P props and if you can get 15% slip your at 54mph, 10% slip your at 57mph
My PC is a brick, but I'm thinking your going to be able to over tach with 2.0 drives and 26 pitch
Just my opinion
and NoCoast has boats he works on over 80mph with B3's
