New Screen Name could be Maximus4 (if the hull is the 4th built).
The history of the 45 Maximus' is well documented. 5 built.

First was the rio roses race boat that Phil raced, then cut the roof off (still hanging in the lipship garage). Tom Abraham bought it and owned it for a few years. It's still in New York I believe.

While Abraham owned his, Phil built himself another but when Rick (onesickgladiator) saw it, he had to have it and bought it from Phil. This one is the one that was re-done by LipShip and is now blue / black / grey and has the 1100's. It's also for sale.

The first one built for pleasure was the concept boat with a center steering console that tilted up to give access to a cabin (only one with a cabin). I want to say it's in like Michigan maybe??

Then The Performance Group had the yellow one built that was used on a bunch of ads. It sold and went over to Japan originally but came back a few years ago. I love the story of how when it was purchased and shipped to Japan for the original buyer The Performance Group took off all the decals (Mercury Racing and The Performance Group large decal) and when it got to Japan, the buyer was pissed because he wanted to stickers!

The last one built was the all white one with silver flames and the custom AMG exhaust and newer style engine hatch (same hatch as the over seas race boat and Kilo boat). It went directly over seas for a VERY long time and came back to a buyer in Texas for a few years and is now it Jersey I believe.

Always cool to see two 45's together in the same place. As rare as it would seem to be with only 5 ever built. It actually happens from time to time.

So Tank the yellow boat is hull #3 or #4?

1, 2 and 5 are documented in your timeline.

I was always told center steer was 3 and The Performance Group was 4.

Nicest paint scheme of all five.
