The new outerlimits couldn’t get by an old fountain on the racecourse and for Terence Billy’s 42PR rain in the 150s with 1200s. The 42PR is a badass machine

Also the fountian would look bigger if they added 6ft of bustle on the back too

Drock78 03-03-2020 10:30 AM

Well...they do have a 2ft platform and a 2ft break so its a wash.

your strapped in so that you don’t get knocked out, but it’s still possible.

I would say witch ever one makes you feel safer. You could argue fine points all day but its going to boil down to what makes you feel better. I deleted the seatbelts in mine cause I don't like the idea of being strapped in an open cockpit.

These two boats arent even in the same realm budget wise or years produced..........It would be like saying whats a better car, a 2003 BMW M5 or a 2016 Mercedes E63?????

I was just making the point that they are both measured OAL no matter if they have 10ft bustle or 6ft break. Length is length when comparing the 2. If one didn't have bustle, beak or molded platform, then his comment would be valid. You can't knock OL for a 4ft molded bustle when the other boat has added length from molded pieces as well.

I would say open cockpit. if something does happen I don't want to be in closed. its not like a race cores with choppers over head and boats with divers. now its a removeable you have the option. will say the cool factor is high on a inclosed boat with AC
