Sixteen Power’s V-16 engine platform passed its packaging test in a Skater 388 catamaran, https://speedonthewater.com/new-boat...-fit-at-skater.

I'll be the first to admit that a 388 doesn't need 2000 HP, but as Peter said, "If it will fit in this, it will fit in all the bigger models". Saw the 55' while we were there...awesome, IMHO a good candidate for supercharged V16s.

The first boat to receive engines is a 42 MTI cat belonging to Jeff Stevenson. The engines are built, and after some dyno time next week, they will be delivered for installation. We expect the boat to be on the water this spring.

1100 NA, the model that has passed durability testing on 89 octane. In the video you will see almost 1200 HP but the dyno is correcting to the optimistic J607 standard. Under J1349 conditions, with accessories, we conservatively call that 1100 HP.
We are dyno testing a higher HP NA engine in two weeks for someone that wants 1300 HP on 91 octane. Changed from LS3 to LS7 components and did a lot of Spintron testing on the bigger, heavier intake valve (SS not Ti). When we started, that valve was only stable until 6600 RPM; now it's stable to 7800 RPM. More than we'll ever need but it gives us a big safety margin.

What is the complete weight w/ headers of the supercharged V16 and the NA V16? And what is the cost for each package? Hours between top-end rebuilds and hours between complete rebuilds? So much still to be proven with these new motors, but they seem perfect for a 46 Skater...…..Freedom US1 specifically.
