major wind today but the roof is on, had a guy ride an extension ladder down from 15 ft up, thank goodness he wasn't hurt but Im sure he'll be sore in the morning

Looks really awesome. Curious as to plans and cost. I’ve been wanting to do something similar for awhile now just not sure how to execute it.

I didn't have plans drawn up it was in my head, I'm out in the county so no inspections will be done, Id budget 30-40k depending on labor & material costs in your area.....I hired all my subs so I'm the GC, it would pass any inspection I used all 2x6 wall and truss framing with a 7/12 pitch

I guess some of my father rubbed off on me, he was a fabrication engineer and could make or build anything he set his mind to.
