Anyone know what happened with the JB Smith monster? Saw some gorgeous photos and renderings on their Facebook page in May and then nothing??
maybe was a temporary shut down, updates were in April, then nothing until early September, and then nothing more.

I have never been on one of these large cats, but would love to. We do have a 26' Glacier Bay center console cat that we use in the gulf. For the most part a great ride (side waves take getting used to) and I would put it against most 32 V's as far as ride quality. The "square" deck allows for allot more room to boot. With twin 150 Yamahas, I cruise at about 28 mph getting 2mpg (it is a displacement hull, not a faster planing hull). I am betting that the large cats will continue to take market share from all of the V's. I was in Charleston a few weeks ago and saw a 47 Freeman up close. Wow! What a boat!
